The opening show of the Salon du Chocolat, traditionally held to benefit Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque (Cardiac Surgery Sponsorship), featured singers performing a theme from each act in five acts. The Pralus company chose "The Greatest Showman." Priscilla Betti, accompanied by Gwendal Marimoutou, performed "This Is Us," wearing a dress created by Hugo Pralus and stylist Marie Ferrero-Favoriti.
The show will be performed twice a day throughout the event, with AICOM students taking the stage. More than just a gourmet parade, it's a true artistic performance that will come to life on stage each day.
Meet at 3 and 4 pm every afternoon until November 2nd.
The dresses are also on display all day in the Inspiration Alley alongside the chocolate pieces crafted by the chocolatiers.
