Loyal since its creation 30 years ago, the Pralus house will be present in Paris Porte de Versailles from October 28 to November 2. For this anniversary edition, Hugo Pralus has designed a dress illustrating the chocolate-making expertise of the Roanne-based manufacturer, in partnership with stylist Marie Ferrero-Favoriti. For the show-style show on the theme of musicals, Hugo Pralus chose "The Greatest Showman" and, with stylist Marie Ferrero Favoriti (MLF Attitude Couture), designed a costume inspired by three characters. The materials used reflect the craft of the Pralus house, one of the rare French artisan chocolatiers producing all of its chocolate, from bean to bar. A cocoa nib fabric was made for the bodice decorated with cocoa-dusted frogs. The train is adorned with cocoa nibs and sprinkled with chocolate stars. The shoulder pads are made of chocolate bars and cords of chocolate and cocoa powder. The cuffs and bow tie were made with nib fabric and golden Agatins
The character wears a small chocolate top hat made by our Roanne chocolatiers.
Worn by a celebrity during the opening parade to benefit Mécénat Chirurgie Cardiaque, the dress will be worn all week by students from the AICOM musical comedy school.
The Chocolate Fair takes place at the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Center in Paris from October 28 to November 2. Two fashion shows are scheduled each day at 3 p.m. and then at 4 p.m.
