SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF YOUR PRALUS ORDERS
We offer you:
- Colissimo home delivery : delivery in 48/72 hours after dispatch without signature, the package can be left in your mailbox if the dimensions allow.
- Colissimo to a relay point : delivery in 48/72 hours after dispatch, you will receive an SMS/email informing you of the availability of your parcel for a limited time, after this period, it will be returned to us.
- Chrono 6pm : delivery the day after dispatch between 8am and 6pm, against signature, your presence is essential.
- Chronofresh : delivery in 24/48 hours after dispatch, against signature, your package will be kept under controlled temperature throughout its journey (delivery method to be preferred for your chocolate orders in the summer period).
- Colissimo home delivery in Europe : delivery in 3 to 6 business days after dispatch
- Colissimo International Home Delivery : delivery in 5 to 10 business days after dispatch
- Colissimo home delivery to overseas territories : delivery in 11 to 31 business days after dispatch
These delivery times are given as an indication by the carriers, and are no longer guaranteed during periods of high activity .
