Created in 1955 by Auguste Pralus, this delicacy has become our signature treat. And we prepare it with the same high standards as on the first day that we did it every day in our 6th arrondissement boutique.

Beyond the Praluline, our house stands out for its rare commitment to chocolate making. In our Roanne factory, we roast and process cocoa beans from the best terroirs in the world. This work “from bean to bar”, orbean to bar, allows us to control each step and offer you a chocolate of great aromatic purity.
In our Lyon Cours Vitton store, you will find our entire collection of handmade tablets, our Infernal Bars, our gift boxes, and of course, personalized advice for every gourmet desire.
