In Oullins, at 107 Grande Rue, we've packed our gourmet suitcases to open our 21st boutique. A new chapter in the Pralus story is being written here, in this welcoming, commercial town just outside Lyon, with the same passion for chocolate, pastries, and a job well done.
For three generations, Maison Pralus has perpetuated artisanal expertise passed down from father to son. From Auguste's pastry shop in Roanne to the chocolate factory founded by François, we have never stopped exploring, innovating, and creating. Even today, our house is one of the few in France to manufacture all of its chocolate from bean to bar.

By pushing open the door of our Oullins boutique, you enter a world where the aromas of butter, sugar and chocolate envelop you from the first seconds.
Every morning, we prepare our famous on-site Pralulines, generous brioches with pink pralines. It's our emblem, our pride, and often, your first favorite.
But our expertise doesn't stop there: "bean to bar" chocolate bars, Infernales® bars, Neapolitans to taste or to offer, gourmet boxes... You will find with us all the richness of our artisanal creations.
