Created by François Pralus, the Barres Infernales are now among the brand’s must-have creations. Their name is said to have originated during a tasting when journalist Vincent Ferniot reportedly exclaimed, “But these bars are infernal!”
Since then, these chocolate bars have embodied the brand’s gourmet universe through several recipes that have become iconic: Dark, Milk, Orange, Nougat, Pistachio, Brut de Plantation, and Carré de Café®.
All share the same standard: chocolate crafted with generosity and character. With La Croustillante, the collection is enriched with a new interpretation centered on the pleasure of texture.
A new recipe centered on contrasting textures
The Barre Infernale La Croustillante combines Pralus’s 45% Mélissa milk chocolate with a rich, melt-in-your-mouth hazelnut and almond praline center. Crunchy cereal balls complete the recipe and add a new dimension to the tasting experience.
