For the 2022 edition of the Salon du Chocolat, François Pralus entrusted the creation of the traditional dress to his son Hugo. A collaboration with creator Stéphane Pagan, made from a single chocolate treat: Agatines. Light cereal balls, coated in dark or milk chocolate in the turbines of the Manufacture, in Roanne.
Stéphane Pagan imagined a jewel dress composed of a chocolate strapless mini-dress and a gold-plated Agatines beaded tulle petticoat. The bust being dressed in a multi-row Agatines necklace which stretched over the arms. At the opening parade of the Paris Salon, the Pralus dress was worn by Gabriella Papadakis, five-time world champion and Olympic medalist in ice dancing with Guillaume Cizeron.
