Imported from Madagascar by François Pralus, the Vanilla Jelly "Bernadette de Lavernette" is produced not far from his cocoa plantation. Melting and crystal clear, it is enhanced with fine natural vanilla elements floating in the jar, for the pleasure of the eyes. A burst of both spicy and flowery flavors. This jam won the 2019 Paris Award. Made with 2.40% vanilla bean. Final sugar content: 50 grams per 100 grams.
