A specialty of the Rhône-Alpes region, pink praline has been made for sixty-five years by the Pralus house. This delicacy, whose recipe dates back to the 17th century, can be eaten like a candy or in delicious recipes typical of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region such as praline tart or our famous Praluline©.
