Woody and spicy flavours are most notable in our Tanzania bar.
Forastero-type trees growing in volcanic soil along with a slow roasting of the beans result in a chocolate with a range of flavour profile.
Bean type: Forastero
 
Ingredients : 75% chocolate (cocoa, sugar, pure cocoa butter, non-GMO soy lecithin). Store in a cool dry place between 16 and 18 ° C. May contain traces of nuts or milk.
