Delivery within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch, no signature required.
The parcel may be left in your mailbox if the dimensions allow it.
Colissimo Pickup Point
Delivery within 48 to 72 hours after dispatch.
You will receive a text message or email notifying you when your package is ready for pickup, available for a limited time.
After this period, it will be returned to us.
Chrono 18h
Delivery the day after dispatch, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.
Signature required, so your presence is necessary.
Chronofresh
Delivery within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
Signature required.
Your parcel will be kept at a controlled temperature throughout transit (this delivery method is recommended for chocolate orders during the summer months).

Delivery within 3 to 6 working days after dispatch.
Colissimo Home Delivery - International
Delivery within 5 to 10 working days after dispatch.
Colissimo Home Delivery - Overseas Territories

On Fridays: only orders containing chocolate are dispatched.
