Chuao 75

West of Caracas, Venezuela, lies a mythical village. Accessible only by boat, the village of Chuao is surrounded by dense tropical forests to the north and the Caribbean Sea to the south. For a long time, the cocoa of this area has been recognized as exceptional. A unique terroir, an ancestral know-how, a traditional drying process have made this Trinitario cocoa the most sought after in the world and the best. The tiny production has made it a rare product that we are proud to offer you.

This chocolate is balanced in bitterness and acidity, woody, robust.

Cuyagua 75

Slightly bitter, slightly fruity raspberry.

Cuyagua is a small village located in front of Chuao. The quality of its cocoa is due to the type of trees present on the plantations, mostly Criollos, but also to a method of culture, fermentation and drying more than a century old. It is the closest cocoa to the Chuao in Venezuela. The unique conditions of the land, as well as the work of our chocolatier, have allowed us to develop the exceptional aromas of this cocoa. A great vintage!

Porcelana 75

South of Lake Maracaibo, in Venezuela, are the plantations of pure Porcelana, one of the best cocoa vintages in the world, but also one of the most rare. The name of this cocoa comes from the incredibly white color of the beans. Our chocolate has a light color, with characteristic fruit notes. A unique experience.

Fruity, low in tannin and very low in acidity.

Keep in a cool dry and cool place between 16 and 18°.
