Very rich in dried fruit, it is sensitive to temperature variations. The vegetable oil in the pistachio can rise to the surface, or small grains of fat can form. To restore its creamy texture, gently heat the Pistachio Cream in a bain-marie (water bath), or place it in the microwave for 10 seconds, removing the lid.
Store in a cool dry place between 16 and 18°C.
