Pink Pralines (250g)

A speciality of the Rhône-Alpes region, the pink praline has been made for over sixty years by Maison Pralus. This delicacy, dating back to the 17th century, can be eaten like a candy or in delicious recipes from the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, such as the praline tart or the Praluline. The Pralines of Maison Pralus are made from carefully selected Piedmont hazelnuts and Valencia almonds, wrapped in a pink sugar coating. Once roasted, the fruits are coated with a layer of cooked sugar, in successive layers, one ladle at a time. This delicacy is a hallmark of the Maison Pralus. It led to the creation of the Praluline, our brioche with crushed pralines, which has become one of the most popular desserts of the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region.
