Do we still need to introduce Madagascar's cocoa? Its extraordinary qualities have been widely acknowledged and for a long time. The cocoa we have chosen grows in the Ambaja region (Sambirano basin). It is in Madagascar that François Pralus created his own plantation, on the island of Nosy Be.
