François Pralus' recipe is made from Piedmont hazelnuts and Valencia almonds roasted and refined in the company's premises. A dash of chocolate and you get a cream that highlights the flavor and quality of dried fruits, especially hazelnuts.

It is the perfect match for a toasted brioche, pancakes or ice cream. Food lovers will simply dip their finger in the jar! Pralus Hazelnut Cream was awarded the Gold Medal at the International Chocolate Awards.
