The Maison Pralus is renowned for the quality of its pralines; almonds and hazelnuts lightly toasted and enrobed in sugar – the combination behind the successful Praluline. Gourmands are also acquainted with two other no-less talented specialities: Piémontaises (Piedmontese) and Mexicaines (Mexicans). The “Piémontaises” are exquisite milk chocolate Piedmont hazelnut creams; the Mexicaines almonds delicately covered in dark chocolate.
